1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, paying for any plan, or otherwise using the India LearnX website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Think Track Edu Private Limited (operating as "India LearnX").

We reserve the right to change pricing, plan structures, or available features at any time. Changes will not affect plans you have already purchased for the duration of your existing subscription.

5. Payment, taxes & invoicing

All payments are processed through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We accept:

All prices listed include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of each successful payment.

If a payment is reversed or disputed (chargeback), we may suspend or terminate access until the issue is resolved.

6. Auto-renewal & cancellation

Our subscriptions are not set to auto-renew by default. At the end of your subscription period, you will be notified and may renew manually.

You can cancel further communication or marketing from us at any time by emailing support@indialearnx.com or replying STOP to any WhatsApp message.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. In short: trial refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of the content; annual plans have a 14-day refund window subject to prorated usage adjustment.

9. Intellectual property

All content on India LearnX — including video lectures, animations, illustrations, quiz questions, AI models, software, branding, logos, and the curriculum framework — is the exclusive property of Think Track Edu Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled student only.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content may result in civil and criminal penalties.

10. Disclaimers

India LearnX is provided "as is". While we work hard to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee:

Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond the content itself, including the student's effort, prior knowledge, and study environment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to India LearnX in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@indialearnx.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
